Catch Up

Long time no update. Not much going on up here. Winter has descended and i'm freezing as usual. My statistics class is going okay even though my assignments put me in a state of panic for about a week before i manage to get a grip on myself and do them. 4 assignments have been turned in and 3 to go before its all over.

Also, tonight i baked fluffy pumpkin cheesecake pies. No major disasters to report just a bit of messy goo everywhere when i stuck the hand mixer into the bowl and didn't notice the setting was on high. Oops.

Brownies with Lyan

I decided to bake brownies today. There was a rough moment when i couldn't decide exactly what was an 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 inch pan. And i couldn't find a ruler. I grabbed a passing roommate and asked her to pull out a pan for me. She did. And i proceeded to make my brownies. Usually i burn them but not this time.

They were delicious.
